Shipping Info
Orders will generally be packed within 7 business days of the order date and shipped.
I use Singpost's Speedpost Saver International for shipping! For international orders, please switch to your local courier for last-mile tracking once it reaches your country, or you may also use the following global tracking sites:

Singapore: 7 business days (After shipping notice email)
USA: 3-4 weeks (After shipping notice email)
International: 4-8 weeks (With Tracking)
Packages will be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) and processing fees at customs. Depending on the country, the fees may vary so please be aware of additional charges which can be substantial.
With this in effect, there may also be an additional 1-2 weeks of delays as your parcel goes through customs.
Please note that if you do not pay on time, the package may be sent back to me.
In the event where shipping to your country is not avaliable, I will reach out to you and refund your purchase.
Mail returned to us
If there are shipping issues (e.g. your address is undeliverable or package unclaimed), you have these options to proceed with:
1) You will have to pay for the reshipping fee (via PayPal or local payment services), and I will ship your order out again or;
2) I can cancel and refund your order, minus a restocking fee of 10% + the original cost of shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellations are accepted if I have not shipped your order. Please reach out through the CONTACT form on this site or by emailing me directly at [email protected].
After the item has been shipped, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
My items(s) went missing!
Unfortunately I am not responsible for lost or delayed item(s) during transit. Once a package is being processed to the local post office, it is out of my hands. Please reach out to your local courier(s) to inquire on your package.
I do not offer refunds for missing/lost orders.
My item(s) arrived but are damaged/incorrect!
In the case your recieved order is incorrect, please reach out through the CONTACT form on this site or by emailing me directly at [email protected].
Please include ORDER # in your message, along with a picture of your purchase. I am more than happy to take responsibility and ship you the correct item(s). Shipping will be covered by me.
If your recieved order is damaged, please note that I do not offer refunds as I am not responsible for damaged item(s) while in transit.
Preorders
Items labeled as preorders means I do not have existing stock on hand! They will take about 1-2 months to manufacture and shipped to me.
If you purchased Preorder Items together with existing stock items, they will only be packed and shipped out together once I have recieved all merch items.
